RAB14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,710 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome regulatory particle assembly, Positive regulation of mRNA 3'-end processing, and Membrane fission. Each is linked with RAB14 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB14-to-partner and partner-to-RAB14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proteasome regulatory particle assembly grouped by RAB14-low versus RAB14-high in LIVER.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
