Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB11FIP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB11FIP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM3, BPIFA1, and FAM205A. Each is linked with RAB11FIP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB11FIP5-to-partner and partner-to-RAB11FIP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM3 grouped by RAB11FIP5-low versus RAB11FIP5-high in CNS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB11FIP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB11FIP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
