Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB11FIP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB11FIP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CST9L, KRT37, and SLC17A1. Each is linked with RAB11FIP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB11FIP3-to-partner and partner-to-RAB11FIP3 results are reported.
