Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RAB11A Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RAB11A data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RAB11A Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RAB11A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.

HNSC, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where RAB11A Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
