Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,731 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB11A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AKAP13_S983, HACD3, and SMAD3. Each is linked with RAB11A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB11A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB11A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB11A versus AKAP13_S983 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
