RAB11A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB11A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,644 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are STEAP4, LMO4, and ANKRD53. Each is linked with RAB11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB11A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RAB11A versus STEAP4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
