RAB11A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB11A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB11A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, ACC1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with RAB11A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB11A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB11A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by RAB11A-low versus RAB11A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB11A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB11A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
