Across TCGA cell cohorts, RAB11A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,584 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB11A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Golgi lumen acidification, Regulation of translation at postsynapse, modulating synaptic transmission, and Protein localization to nucleolus. Each is linked with RAB11A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB11A-to-partner and partner-to-RAB11A results are reported.
