Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,332 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RAB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP420, PHKG1P3, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with RAB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB10-to-partner and partner-to-RAB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP420 grouped by RAB10-low versus RAB10-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
