RAB10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RAB10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RAB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, FoxM1, and INPP4B. Each is linked with RAB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RAB10-to-partner and partner-to-RAB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by RAB10-low versus RAB10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RAB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→RAB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
