Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, R3HDML Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated R3HDML data layer compared with 18 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher R3HDML Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated R3HDML expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

COAD, LUAD, and PCPG are the cancer types where R3HDML Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
