R3HDM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HDM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,134 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible R3HDM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SART3, ADNP, and KHDRBS1_S58. Each is linked with R3HDM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDM2-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, R3HDM2 versus SART3 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
