Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HDM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,907 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible R3HDM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PATZ1, THEMIS2, and ZMYND11. Each is linked with R3HDM2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDM2-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, R3HDM2 versus PATZ1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
