R3HDM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HDM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,360 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible R3HDM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX15, BUB3, and VPS37A. Each is linked with R3HDM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDM2-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX15 grouped by R3HDM2-low versus R3HDM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
