Across TCGA cell cohorts, R3HDM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,700 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible R3HDM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway, Cytosolic transport, and Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility. Each is linked with R3HDM2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDM2-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway grouped by R3HDM2-low versus R3HDM2-high in OESOPHAGUS.
