R3HDM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, R3HDM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible R3HDM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA1A, PRAMEF12, and OR52N2. Each is linked with R3HDM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HDM2-to-partner and partner-to-R3HDM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA1A grouped by R3HDM2-low versus R3HDM2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
