Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, R3HCC1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated R3HCC1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher R3HCC1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated R3HCC1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where R3HCC1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
