R3HCC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, R3HCC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible R3HCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, A-Raf_pS299, and JNK2. Each is linked with R3HCC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HCC1-to-partner and partner-to-R3HCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by R3HCC1-low versus R3HCC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (R3HCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→R3HCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
