Across TCGA cell cohorts, R3HCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,235 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible R3HCC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, Regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation, and piRNA-mediated gene silencing by mRNA destabilization. Each is linked with R3HCC1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both R3HCC1-to-partner and partner-to-R3HCC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of regulatory ncRNA-mediated heterochromatin formation grouped by R3HCC1-low versus R3HCC1-high in LIVER.
