QTRT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QTRT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,191 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QTRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WDR43, SMC4, and ECT2. Each is linked with QTRT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QTRT2-to-partner and partner-to-QTRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QTRT2 versus WDR43 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QTRT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→QTRT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
