Across TCGA cell cohorts, QTRT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,787 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QTRT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NAA50, LRRC58, and NEPRO. Each is linked with QTRT2 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QTRT2-to-partner and partner-to-QTRT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QTRT2 versus NAA50 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
