QSOX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, QSOX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QSOX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-6, SERPINA7, and C1orf158. Each is linked with QSOX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSOX2-to-partner and partner-to-QSOX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-6 grouped by QSOX2-low versus QSOX2-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QSOX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→QSOX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
