QSOX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QSOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,564 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QSOX1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITPR3, LRRFIP1, and S100A11_S6. Each is linked with QSOX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSOX1-to-partner and partner-to-QSOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QSOX1 versus ITPR3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QSOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QSOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
