Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QSOX1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,979 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QSOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C5AR2, MLPH, and EGLN3. Each is linked with QSOX1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSOX1-to-partner and partner-to-QSOX1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QSOX1 versus C5AR2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QSOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QSOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
