QSOX1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, QSOX1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,642 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QSOX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CATSPER1, FOSL1, and ITGA3. Each is linked with QSOX1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QSOX1-to-partner and partner-to-QSOX1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QSOX1 versus CATSPER1 in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QSOX1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QSOX1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
