QRSL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QRSL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,980 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QRSL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MRPS22, MRPS27, and HSPD1. Each is linked with QRSL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRSL1-to-partner and partner-to-QRSL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QRSL1 versus MRPS22 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QRSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QRSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
