Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QRSL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 976 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QRSL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCDC168, LSM12, and SKA3. Each is linked with QRSL1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRSL1-to-partner and partner-to-QRSL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCDC168 grouped by QRSL1-low versus QRSL1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QRSL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→QRSL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
