QRICH2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QRICH2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,012 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QRICH2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIZ, SIN3A, and SMC5. Each is linked with QRICH2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRICH2-to-partner and partner-to-QRICH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QRICH2 versus WIZ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QRICH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→QRICH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
