QRICH2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QRICH2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 248 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QRICH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are VRK1, SEC14L5, and TWIST1. Each is linked with QRICH2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRICH2-to-partner and partner-to-QRICH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QRICH2 versus VRK1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.71.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QRICH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→QRICH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
