QRICH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QRICH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,131 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QRICH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HJURP, ANP32B, and TDGP1. Each is linked with QRICH2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRICH2-to-partner and partner-to-QRICH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HJURP grouped by QRICH2-low versus QRICH2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QRICH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→QRICH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
