QRFP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QRFP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,814 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QRFP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PREX1_S1256, SEC63_T537, and PHRF1_S814. Each is linked with QRFP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRFP-to-partner and partner-to-QRFP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QRFP→partner) and Y-score (partner→QRFP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
