Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, QRFP RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated QRFP data layer compared with 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher QRFP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated QRFP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SARC and KIRC show a favorable association.

ACC, MESO, and LIHC are the cancer types where QRFP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
