QRFP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, QRFP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QRFP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IFNA8, ADGRE3, and KRT6C. Each is linked with QRFP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QRFP-to-partner and partner-to-QRFP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QRFP→partner) and Y-score (partner→QRFP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
