Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QPRT protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,208 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QPRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are ENPP5, IKZF3, and THG1L. Each is linked with QPRT in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QPRT-to-partner and partner-to-QPRT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QPRT versus ENPP5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QPRT→partner) and Y-score (partner→QPRT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
