Across TCGA patient cohorts, QPRT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 86 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QPRT-associated genes across cancer lineages are GTF2F2P2, OR2Y1, and PRR23B. Each is linked with QPRT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QPRT-to-partner and partner-to-QPRT results are reported.
