Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, QPCTL Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated QPCTL data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher QPCTL Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated QPCTL expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC, PRAD, and STAD are the cancer types where QPCTL Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
