QPCTL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, QPCTL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,066 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QPCTL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT1, POLR1G, and LIG1. Each is linked with QPCTL in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QPCTL-to-partner and partner-to-QPCTL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QPCTL versus PRMT1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QPCTL→partner) and Y-score (partner→QPCTL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
