Across TCGA patient cohorts, QPCTL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 863 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QPCTL-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPTLC1P3, RNU6-956P, and MIR7155. Each is linked with QPCTL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QPCTL-to-partner and partner-to-QPCTL results are reported.
