Across TCGA cell cohorts, QPCTL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,063 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QPCTL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are IMP biosynthetic process, Intestinal stem cell homeostasis, and Carbohydrate derivative catabolic process. Each is linked with QPCTL in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QPCTL-to-partner and partner-to-QPCTL results are reported.
