Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QKI RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,144 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QKI-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HOOK1, TLN1, and PLS3. Each is linked with QKI in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QKI-to-partner and partner-to-QKI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QKI versus HOOK1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QKI→partner) and Y-score (partner→QKI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
