Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, QKI RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated QKI data layer compared with 7 for mutation status and 5 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher QKI RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated QKI expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and KIRC show a favorable association.

UCS, STAD, and BLCA are the cancer types where QKI RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
