Across TCGA patient cohorts, QKI protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,529 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QKI-associated genes across cancer lineages are RASSF2, PRRX1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with QKI in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QKI-to-partner and partner-to-QKI results are reported.
