Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QKI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,877 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QKI-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNU6-13P, and LINC00458. Each is linked with QKI in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QKI-to-partner and partner-to-QKI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by QKI-low versus QKI-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QKI→partner) and Y-score (partner→QKI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
