QKI

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, QKI RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,933 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QKI-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABL2, TAB2, and NOTCH2. Each is linked with QKI in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QKI-to-partner and partner-to-QKI results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QKI versus ABL2 in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QKI→partner) and Y-score (partner→QKI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
