Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, QKI mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QKI-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2B10, OR10Q1, and CD207. Each is linked with QKI in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QKI-to-partner and partner-to-QKI results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UGT2B10 grouped by QKI-low versus QKI-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QKI→partner) and Y-score (partner→QKI) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
