Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, QDPR protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,742 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible QDPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ABCA8, N4BP2L1, and RAI2. Each is linked with QDPR in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QDPR-to-partner and partner-to-QDPR results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, QDPR versus ABCA8 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (QDPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→QDPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
