Across TCGA cell cohorts, QDPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,547 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible QDPR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pteridine-containing compound biosynthetic process, Tetrahydrobiopterin metabolic process, and Tetrahydrobiopterin biosynthetic process. Each is linked with QDPR in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both QDPR-to-partner and partner-to-QDPR results are reported.
