Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PZP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,452 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PZP-associated genes across cancer lineages are XIST, USP9Y, and TXLNGY. Each is linked with PZP in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PZP-to-partner and partner-to-PZP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PZP versus XIST in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PZP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PZP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
