PZP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PZP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 160 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PZP-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP5-11, EDDM3B, and OR5B21. Each is linked with PZP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PZP-to-partner and partner-to-PZP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP5-11 grouped by PZP-low versus PZP-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PZP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PZP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
