PYY2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PYY2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PYY2-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX6CP3, MIR6780A, and MTHFD2P7. Each is linked with PYY2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PYY2-to-partner and partner-to-PYY2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, COX6CP3 grouped by PYY2-low versus PYY2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PYY2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PYY2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
